For all those outside the U.S. who were waiting to lay hands on this black and white eReader, the Amazon Kindle Touch Wi-Fi variant is now finally ready to go globetrotting. A recent development adds a drop down box on its Amazon page which allows buyers to select a country where it is desired to be shipped.

Released in September last year, the Kindle Touch flaunts a 6-inch E Ink multi-touch display with a resolution of 600 x 800p at 167ppi. Evidently, it has dissociated itself with the keyboard design originally noticed in the devices belonging to this family, which seems like a welcome change for most users.

Although there has been no official announcement from the company, the eBook Reader blog brought this pleasant change to light, as reported by Engadget. Although the list on Amazon includes almost all countries on planet Earth, the device still seems hesitant to take a tour through each of them, some of which include Germany, France and the UK. With this, it looks like not all enthusiastic readers will be able to grab this one soon.

Nonetheless, others can expect the Wi-Fi gadget to ship along with a microUSB charging cable as well as a one-year limited warranty. It will also allow access to several English language books which have been granted rights for the concerned country as well as some international newspapers and magazines. The prices are said to competitively low, with most New York Times bestsellers and new releases available for $11.99 (approx. Rs. 587) , while over 145,000 others tagged at $5.99 (approx. Rs.293).

Before the addition of country specific charges like import duties, taxes and other such fees, the Amazon Kindle Touch Wi-Fi price is revealed to be $139 (approx. Rs. 6,756).
