The form factor that the Tablet P sports has been spoken about by most with comparisons drawn to the company’s Nintendo DS. The Tablet P is embedded with two 5.5-inch touchscreens and fits a dual core 1GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 mobile processor for powering the device. The slab is backed by 1GB of RAM and is complete with an onboard memory of 4GB expandable up to 32GB with a microSD card. Additionally, the rear panel sports a 5MP camera and a front-facing snapper is present for conference and chats. Wi-Fi and 3G capabilities are available to serve users with enhanced connectivity.
Running Android Honeycomb, the slab provides access to the Reader Store, PlayStation Store and bundles in a couple of options to keep users entertained when on the move. Needless to say, wielders can download Android apps to further enhance the mobile experience. The slab is portable and sort of light in weight since it tips the scale at a mere 370g. The tablet’s price tag along with its unusual design might be something that may have potential users drawing comparisons to the other low-range tablets in the market.
