Kingmax SuperSpeed ED-01 USB 3.0 flash drives rolled out

Kingmax SuperSpeed ED-01 Boasting of a speed that’s 10 times faster than a conventional 2.0 storage device, the Kingmax SuperSpeed ED-01 USB 3.0 flash drive transfers data at a rate of 5Gbps. Along with performance, the flash drive also sports a curvaceous design with a smooth and glossy finish.

The sleek storage device employs the USB 3.0 UFD Single Chip controller along with the full-duplex bidirectional synchronization data transfer technology. The read and write speeds of the flash drive are 66MB per second and 41MB per second, respectively. It transfers files including pictures, music, HD videos and more. Additionally, it is backward compatible with USB 2.0.

With a 5Gbps speed, it claims to download a 20GB movie in less than a minute. The drive combining impressive looks with performance is said to be aimed at people who seek speedy output encased in a compact attractive form factor.

An innovative feature of the drive ensures that its cap is not lost or dropped as it can be attached at the tail-end of the drive.
