D-Link has rolled out DUB-1310 and DUB-1320 SuperSpeed USB 3.0 PCI-Express cards along with the DUB-1340 SuperSpeed USB 3.0 hub for users in India that claims to save time with its super fast transfer speed. These devices are said to offer a speed of 5Gbps with the help of its 3.0 technology.
Boasting of a speed 10 times faster than USB 2.0, the devices make transferring data to an external storage device quick. The DUB 1310 and DUB 1320 SuperSpeed USB 3.0 PCI-Express cards are compatible with desktops and laptops respectively. Both cards are embedded with two ports each whereas the DUB-1340 SuperSpeed USB 3.0 hub comes with four ports.
They can be connected to a plethora of devices including cameras, printers and external storage as they are also compliant with USB 2.0 and 1.1 ports. Users can connect up to 127 external devices to a system using extra USB hubs with these devices.
These USB 3.0 devices are very easy to install even for first time users. They can be used directly by plugging into laptops and systems. The transfer rate of USB 3.0 is supported by all three devices.
The D-Link DUB-1310 and DUB-1320 SuperSpeed USB 3.0 PCI-Express cards are priced at Rs. 2,799 and Rs. 3,699, respectively. The D-Link DUB-1340 SuperSpeed USB 3.0 hub carries a price tag of Rs. 4,199. All three devices are now available with a one-year warranty at all leading retail stores across the country.
