Plantronics hosted an event in Mumbai, India yesterday to celebrate 50 years while the occasion was also marked by unveiling several peripherals and an app in the market. The newly launched products include Voyager Pro UC Bluetooth headset system, Calisto 825 speaker and InstantMeeting app for Android and BlackBerry smartphones.
The Bluetooth headset is equipped with improved hardware and software along with Smart Sensor technology for better communication without sound distortion. The Calisto 825 speaker phone boasts of a wireless microphone to communicate hands-free with unmatched audio quality. It administers calls between a PC and a handset with the help of intuitive visual display.

The Voyager Pro UC headset is priced at $99.99 (approx. Rs. 4,440) while the Castilo 825 carries a price tag of $259.95 (approx. Rs. 11,540).
