Tunebug Shake rolled out for portable music entertainment

Tunebug Shake

The tech-realm has perhaps never crafted such a unique offering before. Tunebug has now designed a new compact device which transforms any helmet into a music system, the Tunebug Shake. Adventurous users who play sports like snowboarding, skateboarding, or cycling can plug on this unique device and enjoy their favorite tunes when on the move.

The stylish device sends sound waves through the surface of the helmet in order to create an overhead listening experience. The use of uncomfortable earphones can be eliminated since the device enables private listening with its exclusive structure. With a rechargeable battery which can be charged using the included USB cable, the Shake delivers up to five hours of playtime.

“The Tunebug Shake offers a completely unique solution for listening to music while engaging in sports for bikers, skateboarders, snowboarders, skiers, and others who until now have not been able to listen to music safely while wearing a helmet,” enthused Tami Bhaumik, VP of Marketing, Tunebug.

Sport aficionados can connect iPods, MP3 players, mobile phones, or any other portable music device to the Tunebug Shake wirelessly using Bluetooth technology as well as by audio cable. The company has also introduced the Tunebug Vibe for portable music. Measuring just 2.3 x 1-inch in size, the Vibe tips the scale at 2.5oz. This device employs a 3.5mm audio jack and can be connected to all mobile devices.

The Tunebug Shake is priced at $99.99 (approx Rs. 4,479) and will be available through its official website and Amazon’s online store plus through several retailers, including select Apple Stores. Further, the Vibe can be purchased for $69.99 (approx Rs. 3,162).
