Following the YP-R1, Samsung has apparently introduced a new MP3 player entitled YP-RO, says Engadget. The music player sports a slim, sleek design.
The Samsung YP-RO features a 2.6-inch touchscreen display. Reportedly, the device will support a plethora of media formats like MP3, OGG, WMA, ASF, FLAC, WAV, AAC, MPEG4, WMV, JPEG, PNG, BMP, GIF and more. With 8GB of storage, users can hoard innumerable music files and other media.
This portable media player incorporates an RDS FM tuner along with a microphone. It also provides support for a microSD card slot. The dimensions of the media player are 93mm × 52mm x 8.8mm, and it weighs just 60 grams. The YP-RO supposedly provides an operating time of 35 hours against 5 hours audio video.
The MP3 player can be purchased for around $183 (approx. Rs. 8,813). However, the availability details of the MP3 player is not yet known.
