An ideal gift for youngsters, the music player allows users to listen to podcasts and digital media files. The Shuffle has an integrated clip to hook it to consumers’ sleeve and lapel. They can slip the device into the coin pocket. They also have the freedom to fill it with audiobooks and make the experience educational and exciting.

“At just Rs. 2,300, the iPod Shuffle is the most affordable iPod ever. We’ve also introduced a new 2GB model that lets music lovers bring even more songs everywhere they go in the impossibly small iPod Shuffle. With most flash-memory music players, users must use tiny displays and complicated controls to find their music; with iPod Shuffle you just relax and it serves up new combinations of your music every time you listen,” commented EY Yeo, Senior Product Marketing Manager, Apple Asia Pacific.

Users will get to enjoy about 12 hours of audio playback. They can store up to 240 songs on the 1GB model and up to 500 songs on the 2GB model. Carry it while traveling around the globe and become your DJ.

Moreover, it supports iTunes and can be connected to Mac or any other PC. You can randomly select songs from the music library and sync them by using iTunes’ ‘Auto-fill’ function. You can listen to music of your choice in order with just a flip of a switch on the back of the iPod Shuffle.

The iPod Shuffle will confuse you with its four colors that include silver, blue, green and purple.
