SanDisk has announced the release of Sansa Clip mp3 player. It now sports 8 GB of storage space and can store up to 4,000 songs.
Weighing merely 0.9 ounces, the matchbox-sized audio device sports a bright OLED color screen, 15 hours of music playback, integrated FM tuner and built-in microphone for voice recording.
Shining in black shade, it is compatible with a host of audio file formats such as MP3, WMA, WAV and Audible audio books. Supporting Windows XP and Vista operating systems, it offers access to various music services for download and subscription such as Rhapsody To Go, Napster, eMusic and others.
Users can easily clip the MP3 player to clothes, backpack and purse without any hassle. Besides, the clip is removable, allowing users to hold the device into the palm or slide into the pocket. It comes bundled with earphones and USB cable.
The 8 GB Sansa Clip mp3 player carries a price tag of £44.09 (approx. Rs. 3,310). The 1 GB, 2 GB and 4 GB versions of the mp3 player cost £19.38 (approx. Rs. 1,455), £26.15 (approx. Rs. 1,965) and £33.63 (approx. Rs. 2,530), respectively.
