China-based manufacturer, Shenzhen Smart has developed a new portable media player, named the Simaite (model number MP4-2010A). The company has designed the buttons of the device quite similarly to that found in Sony Ericsson’s W810i.
The features of the Simaite include 2-inch TFT color display, USB flash drive, independent power amplifier IC, E-book function and photo browse, A-B repeat function and FM.
Running on a rechargeable Lithium battery through USB/AC charger, the MP4-2010A is compatible with MP3, WMA, MP4, DRM, WMV, WMA, ASF, MPG, MPEG, MOV and AVI file formats. It also supports Windows ME, 2000, XP or above. However, it doesn’t require drivers.
Shenzhen Smart Simaite MP4-2010A portable media player is available in 512MB, 1GB and 2GB capacities.
