Samsung Electronics, a leading consumer electronics manufacturer has expanded its music players’ portfolio with the newest model called the U3.
The Samsung U3 player supports MP3, WMA, OGG, Vorbis and ASF audio file formats.
The U3 is a USB direct music player available in 5 colours such as white, green, pink, blue, and black. The U3 is extremely user friendly, needs no wires to connect, the player itself can be plugged to the USB port.

Samsung will launch the U3 to the global market in June 2007 at the price of 79 USD (approx. Rs. 3,200) for 1GB, 99 USD (approx Rs. 4,000) for 2GB and 149 USD (approx Rs.6,000) for 4GB.
