Some Japanese company has introduced a latest gadget, Sophia Nani. It is a portable media player that can give a competitive race to the iPhone.
With touch screen, the Sophia Nani contains 4.3-inch TFT display, which has a WVGA 800 x 400-pixel resolution. The Nani delivers a simple Micro SD card slot for more storage.
The multi-media device is powered by a 600 Mhz RMI Alchemy Au1250 processor and has a capability to run Windows CE. It carries a PMP form factor, which enables the owner to play all variety of audio and video files along with WM Player 10.
The Sophia Nani also features a digital tuner to watch TV programs and USB port.
Moreover, the portable player provides dual cameras, VGA in front, SVGA with 800 x 600 pixels at the back. It can also be connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi 802.11b/g.
No word on price and availability of the Sophia Nani. If this product gets a green signal to release outside Japan, then the device can only be used as a portable media player.
