Bang & Olufsen has released the Beosound 6 digital audio player. It is a normal expansion of the earlier Beosound models such as Beosound 2 and 3.
The candy-bar shaped player contains thin LCD display with stripped-down controls. The features of the Beosound 6 consist of 4GB of flash memory, a standard MP3 /WMA playback, USB connectivity and a 65K color screen.
Moreover, the Bang & Olufsen also offers the company’s A8 earphones and carries a leather case for protecting the classy looking DAP.
The Bang & Olufsen’s Beosound 6 digital audio player will be available for $812 (approx. Rs. 32,000).
Looking at the price, I don’t think it’s worth buying an audio player with no great specs. It mainly targets the status-oriented masses.
