Odd-i, a Korean company has planned to start shipping the P480 media player.
The robust player runs a version of Windows CE. Besides playing variety of music and video files, the P480 can also tune in DMB digital broadcasts.
The media player comes with an e-dictionary, which allows quick translations. In addition, it also offers a portable GPS navigation unit and a widescreen display.
The latest Odd-i handheld also delivers an analog stick that enables fast control, while through an SD card slot the files are transferred.
The portable P480 will be available in 30 or 60 GB versions.
The Odd-i’s 30GB P480 media player is expected to be available in Korean market later this month. No word on the availability of the 60GB version. However, prices are yet to be revealed.
