Aimed at small businesses, the Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4540, WP-4530 all-in-ones and WP-4020 inkjet printer boast of saving up to 50 percent ink cost as compared to color lasers. Ensuring faster output, these printers come with extra large ink cartridges and huge input capacities.
Employing robust feature set, the WorkForce Pro WP-4540 and WP-4530 all-in-ones print at speeds of about 16 ISO ppm and 11 ISO ppm for black and color one-sided, respectively. The two-sided printing speeds of these devices are 9.2 ISO ppm for black and 7.1 ISO ppm for color. Their extra large ink cartridges print 1,200 color pages and 2,400 black pages in addition to offering a monthly duty cycle of around 20,000 pages.

Besides the PC-Fax feature to directly fax documents through the computer, these all-in-ones convert scanned documents to PDF format. Also, the 30-page automatic document feeder has been integrated to copy, scan and fax two-sided documents while the USB ports allows uploading files directly to a PC. The Wi-Fi enabled Pro series supports Epson connect to enable printing through mobile devices with the help of either Email print or Epson iPrint.
Additionally, the Pro WP-4540 is fitted with a 3.5-inch LCD screen along with a 5.8-inch touch panel for easy navigation. Moreover, it has a huge input capacity of 580 sheets while that of WP-4530 is 330 sheets. The sleek WP-4020 printer also comes with a capacity of 330 sheets and delivers speeds of 16 ISO ppm and 9.2 ISO ppm for single and two sided black prints.
The Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4540 and WorkForce Pro WP-4530 all-in-ones carry a price tag of $399.99 (approx. Rs. 18,360) and $299.99 (approx. Rs. 13,770), respectively. The Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4020 printer is priced at $179.99 (approx. Rs. 8,260). All printers are slated to hit shelves this month.
