This newly unleashed case offers power and is said to virtually double the battery life of the smartphone.
Back in April, the company had released such a case for the iPod Touch as well. This form-fitting case renders protection as a hard-shell case while it also provides extended rechargeable external battery power. The fully charged Juice Pack Air touts to deliver up to 6 hours of additional talktime on 3G and up to 12 hours on 2G. It either proffers up to 36 hours of audio playback or up to 9 hours of video playback.
Overcharge, short circuit and temperature protection is also bundled in with the case’s lithium polymer battery. Sounds produced by the iPhone 4 are redirected from the bottom of the device to its front with the help of this astute case, thereby resulting in richer and more premium acoustic clarity. A four LED status indicator displays the remaining battery life and the 500 milliamps fast charge technology powers the device much sooner. Its included USB cable allows users to charge as well as sync the handset to iTunes, thus eliminating the need to remove the case.
