Epson offers improved printing solutions with Artisan 835 and Artisan 725

For users on the prowl for all these attributes accommodated in an attractive body, Epson has just rolled out its new line of Artisan all-in-ones, the Artisan 835 and the Artisan 725.

Designed to cater to users’ several printing needs, the Artisan 835 is fitted with a 7.8-inch smart touch panel, a 3.5-inch color LCD and built-in fax. With its 30-page Automatic Document Feeder, users can now conveniently copy and fax document with a sense of expedition. On the other hand, sporting an advanced touch panel, the Artisan 725 now helps users navigate easily.

“These latest Artisan all-in-ones continue to redefine the standard for image quality, print speed and unique creative capabilities. From family photos and creative projects to school work and household documents, these versatile all-in-ones deliver the quality, reliability and performance consumers have come to expect from the Artisan line,” stated Julie Ernest, product manager, Consumer Ink Jet Printers, Epson America.

Both devices offer 2.5 times faster wireless connectivity with Wi-Fi, wirelessly printing from an Apple iPhone and the fastest 4” x 6” photo print speeds. Apart from this, Epson’s six-color Ultra Hi-Definition Claria ink offers clear and vibrant text. The new printers are also designed to be capable of offering fast ISO print speeds of 9.5 ISO ppm black and 9 ISO ppm color.

To conserve the environment in a distinctive manner, the series comes with a range of eco features and environmental qualifications, including Energy Star and RoHS compliance. Besides, the company’s Print CD software allows users to create professional-looking discs by easily printing images and text onto ink jet printable CDs/DVDs. Other highlighting features include built-in Auto Photo Correction to automatically evaluate and correct images and red eye, PictBridge to print images from digital camera, mobile phones and USB flash drives, and MicroPiezo print head with DX5 technology for bright and natural images.

The feature-rich Artisan 725 is priced at $199.99 (approx Rs. 9,240) while the Artisan 835 can be purchased for $299.99 (approx Rs. 13,860). The devices will be available in mid-August through several computer, office and electronic superstores, retail stores and Epson’s official website. However, an all-white ‘Arctic Edition’ Artisan 725 will be made available in mid-September exclusively through Best Buy.
