Epson America has introduced three new printers in the market. The new range is specially designed for small offices or home offices. The Stylus CX7400, Stylus CX8400 and Stylus CX9400 are the new multifunctional printers arrived in the market.
“These high-performing, versatile, yet affordable all-in-ones are smart choices for business users as well as families who want to make a good impression with high-quality, durable documents,†said Tom Piche, product manager, Consumer Ink Jet Printers, Epson.
“Head-to-head, this lineup offers more features and better image quality than competitive models. For all your day-to-day printing needs, whether text or photo, these are the products you want,†he added further.
The newly launched printers are supported by Speed USB 2.0 and are compatible with Windows Vista, XP Professional x64, XP, and 2000, as well as Macintosh OS X 10.2.8, 10.3.9, 10.4.x or later. The Speed USB 2.0 allows PC free printing directly from digital cameras or USB drives.
The CX7400 prints black and white, and color text printing at the speed of up to 28 ppm. Besides, it also prints 4″x6″ sized borderless photos in as fast as 27 seconds. The CX7400 also features one-touch copying and high quality scanning.
The CX8400 boasts all the features that the CX7400 has. Apart from them this printer includes a 2.5-inch tilt LCD to copy and print. The CX8400 printer sports some more features such as smudge resistant documents, reductions/enlargements 25 – 400 percent and auto photo correction.

Epson Stylus CX7400 and Stylus CX8400 are available tight away in the US market at $69.99 (approx Rs. 2,875) and $99.99 (around Rs.4,100) respectively. While the Stylus CX9400 printer will be shipped in October at the price of $149.99 (approx 6,160 INR).
