OnePlus truly wireless earbuds expected in July, here’s what they might look like

A render of the OnePlus truly wireless earbuds that have been in the rumor mills for a long time has just been leaked. And with that also comes a tentative release window for the earbuds. July is apparently when they’ll be seeing the light of the day, and not surprisingly, that’s also the time when the rumored OnePlus Z smartphone is scheduled for launch. That makes quite a lot of sense since the company has always paired the launches of its listening gadgets with those of its smartphones.

The image embedded in the space below apparently illustrates the design of the OnePlus truly wireless earbuds. They look pretty similar to the Apple AirPods, which is no surprise since they are the gold standard in the world of truly wireless earbuds. The plastic design is highlighted by the long stem portions that provide a good grip for inserting them, and more importantly, brings the mic closer to your mouth for facilitating better conversations over the phone.

The image has been leaked by a Twitter user named Max J, who has also revealed the July release window. Another image released by the same user shows the word ‘Soon’ written in a way that they show what the charging case of the OnePlus truly wireless earbuds looks like.

July is also being touted to be the release window for the OnePlus Z, and affordable handset from the company with a punch-hole front camera and an in-display fingerprint scanner. It’s expected to ship with a 4000mAh battery inside it, while its display is expected to be 6.4 inches in size and AMOLED in nature. A triple camera setup will apparently be sitting on its back.
