Wickedleak Wammy Note 3 packs a 3800mAh battery and FHD display for just Rs 12999

Wickedleak has come back with a new knock-off smartphone, the Wammy Note 3, and it isn’t exactly what you think it is. If you’re thinking Samsung’s 2013 flagship phablet then you’re absolutely wrong. Instead, this phone is a clone of the South Korean giant’s flagship Galaxy S5.

Not only does the handset look like the Galaxy S5 from Samsung, but also offers a couple of similar features. You get an optional water-resistant coating through the AquaProtect technology and a 5.2-inch 1080p FHD display with Asahi’s Dragontrail Glass, albeit an LCD panel and not Super AMOLED.

The Wickedleak Wammy Note 3 is also powered by an octa core processor. However, the chipset is much slower than Samsung’s Exynos 5 Octa. The SOC is from MediaTek and is based on the Cortex A7 running at 1.7GHz with Mali 450 graphics.

The company notes that the smartphone will come bundled with an S View magnetic flip case which allows you to use the camera, answer calls and also control music playback sans the need of flipping the cover open. For storage, there’s 8GB of onboard flash memory and a microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB. USB OTG is also enabled for attaching peripherals and there are dual SIM card housing with 3G HSPA+ cellular support.
