LG L90 budget-friendly smartphone hits India for Rs 17,499

The LG L90 budget-friendly smartphone that was launched at the MWC in February has arrived in India for a rather affordable price of under Rs 17,500. As of now, an online retailer has put it up for sale along with its sibling, the L70 which will set you back by merely Rs 14,500. The device is already available for purchase.

This dual SIM Android smartphone binges on the KitKat 4.4 OS and it is compatible with 3G networks. A 4.7-inch multi-touch IPS LCD display dominates the front panel along with a 1.3MP webcam, while the rear side is fitted with an 8MP camera. The responsibility of making the LG L90 capable of multitasking is shouldered by a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor sprinting at a maximum speed of 1.2GHz.

An entire gigabyte of system memory is responsible for ensuring smooth navigation and its total onboard storage amounts to 8GB. You do get the option of increasing the internal storage by up to 32GB using a microSD card. Its graphics are taken care of by the Adreno 305 GPU. All of these features are crammed into a chassis measuring 131.6 x 66 x 9.7 millimeters and the device weighs in at 126 grams.

And what’s more, the common connectivity features such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB connectivity have been loaded into the device as well. It draws power from a 2450mAh lithium-ion battery which should keep it charged up for at least an entire day on a single charge.
