The HTC One S price in India begins at Rs. 33,000, but we’re only talking in terms of a certain online retailer. It must be noted that HTC has not yet officially launched the smartphone within the country.
Drawing multitasking properties from a 1.5GHZ dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 CPU, the One series handset binges on the Android 4.0 platform customized with HTC Sense 4. It is integrated with 1GB RAM and 16GB internal memory. The front panel is decorated with a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED multi-touch screen and a front facing VGA snapper for video conferencing.
The back panel bears an 8MP camera that features HTC ImageSense with LED flash, AF and a BSI sensor. The snapper offers the ability to simultaneously capture stills when in the recording mode and to click multiple snapshots while running in the continuous shooting mode. It records content in HD format, offering 1080p image clarity. Additionally, the smartphone is also bundled in with a dedicated imaging chip to add to the photography experience.
The device supports Wi-Fi, DLNA and HDMI along USB and Bluetooth connectivity. It is loaded with an array of sensors like a gyro sensor, G-sensor, digital compass, proximity sensor and ambient light sensor to optimize the user experience. Under the cover, the gadget is powered by a 1650mAh battery. The onboard audio features include a 3.5mm stereo audio jack and in-built Beats Audio technology.
The HTC One S price in India via Infibeam is marked at Rs. 36,157. HTC fans can also pick up the gadget through Saholic, at Rs. 33,000.
