It has been confirmed that the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note will be soon hitting store shelves. But even after officially announcing it, neither of the associated companies have actually thrown light on its price tag or release date details.

On the hardware front, this ICS-based smartphone draws its multitasking capabilities from the onboard Qualcomm Snapdragon dual core S3 CPU that ticks at 1.5GHz. Meeting the market niche for a rather large-sized display, it wears a 5.3-inch HD Super AMOLED touchscreen. While the front panel is dotted with a 2MP camera that facilitates video conferencing, the back bears an 8MP sensor that is capable of delivering HD recording.

“In addition to larger screens, today customers demand more from their devices – from having safeguarded access to corporate email and other productivity features to being able to rely on a speedy network for streaming content,” asserted Andrew Morrison, vice president, product management, T-Mobile USA. “With the unique and highly innovative Galaxy Note in our lineup, we are even better equipped to help our customers strike the perfect balance as they juggle both professional and personal activities.”

Apart from the aforementioned attributes, the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note also tags along a host of productivity-enhancing highlights such as S Pen, S Memo, S Note and Polaris Office. Through these, users can pen down notes and even edit or customize content. It helps in creating documents, presentations and spreadsheets while on the move. The S Note in particular offers personalization templates and translates handwritten or spoken memos to text via the Handwriting-to-Text feature and Continual Voice Input.

Users can browse the internet, search and download content or upload stuff to social networking websites over Wi-Fi and 4G. Through the T-Mobile 4G Pro App Pack, applications like Square, CamScanner, LinkedIn and TripIt can be accessed. Users may even take advantage of cloud services like Dropbox to hoard content and Evernote. The carrier has packaged the handset with the T-Mobile TV feature that permits customers to watch live TV, flip through sports channels, receive the latest news updates and more.

For now, the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note price and release date details are still under wraps.
