HTC Endeavour Leaked

If rumors are to be believed, users will soon be treated to a scoop of Ice Cream Sandwich via the HTC Endeavour. Reportedly, its ROM that was recently leaked out on the web confirms that it will also be powered by the Tegra 3 CPU.

According to Pocketnow, who happened to come across the leaked ROM on XDA Developers, the phone is the previously reported Edge rebranded as the Endeavour. The Edge was last seen in November 2011. This device is not the only one from the company that has been spotted on the web – last week, we had heard speculations about a certain Droid Incredible 3 which also will operate on the Android ICS OS.

As mentioned in the build.prop document, the Endeavour will employ the quad core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor under the hood. The Android 4.0.3 OS will be accompanied by the HTC Sense 4.0 user interface. It should add more intuitiveness to the multi-touch device that is supposedly capable of rendering 720p resolution. The screen size of the smartphone has not been mentioned.

The phone will also let users have access to digital content saved on Dropbox, as it may come integrated with the cloud-based service. The rear panel boasts of a powerful 8MP camera, while the front panel is said to be equipped with a 1.3MP webcam in order to facilitate video conferencing. The communication options are inclusive of the WiFi a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0.

So far, this is all we know about the HTC Endeavour. It is expected to make an appearance at the MWC in Barcelona, Spain along with other rumored HTC devices.
