Oppo Find 5 price in the US amounts to $500, release date to fall in early 2013

The Oppo Find 5 release date is unclear as of now, but the company has revealed that the device that carries a price tag of $500, will toddle into select markets early next year. The phone has just been launched in China and is said to be compatible with service providers like T-Mobile, AT&T and Simple Mobile in the US.

The 5-inch phablet’s front panel is dominated by a full HD IPS touchscreen of 1080 x 1920p resolution with a pixel density of 441ppi. The OGS technology utilized in it, teams up with touch sensors to deliver lifelike and vivid pictures. The touchscreen sits comfortably on the minimalist and understated device, featuring a sleek 3.25mm bezel.

Rear And Front

A 1.9MP webcam sits on the front side to facilitate video calling and shooting movies at the rate of 120 frames per second, while a 13MP camera with a 1/3.06-type sensor lays claim over the back panel. It boasts of employing stacked CMOS technology, an f/2.2 aperture, 4-layer coating, HDR, Burst shooting mode and the ability to capture high resolution photos even in low lit conditions.

Furthermore, the Find 5 can work with mobile networks such as UMTS, HSDPA, HSUPA, HSPA and HSPA+42 in addition to GSM and EDGE.
