Samsung Galaxy Note T-Mobile launched with a $249.99 price tag

The Samsung Galaxy Note T-Mobile has finally hit availability in the US. Prior to this, the company had only confirmed the news that the handset would arrive soon via the carrier.

As per the specifications list, the device dons a 5.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus HD display that spans over its 5.78” x 3.26” x 0.37” contour. Weighing 6.3 ounces, it houses a Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 dual core CPU that’s clocked at 1.5GHz. An 8MP camera seated at the rear end can be used to capture images and record videos in full HD quality.

The device is even equipped with a 2MP front-facing snapper that’s designed for video calling. Then there is the S Pen stylus which proffers more accurate input. In terms of memory, users have 16GB of integrated storage at their disposal which can be optionally expanded up to a total of 48GB via the embedded microSD card slot. If that’s not enough, there are cloud services like Evernote and Dropbox in tow as well.

Along with one-click internet access via Google search, the carrier has thrown in a couple of pre-loaded applications such as Square, CamScanner, TripIt and LinkedIn. Users can take advantage of the T-Mobile TV service for news updates and much more. Features like Wi-Fi and 4G are included too, for an enhanced browsing experience. The device sports a 2100mAh Li-ion battery that delivers approximately 10 hours of talk time or 16.67 days of standby time.

The Samsung Galaxy Note T-Mobile price stands at $249.99 (approx. Rs. 13,780) after a $50 mail-in rebate. It is available through the carrier’s website with a two-year contract and applicable data plans.
