HTC Sensation XL arrives with Beats Audio

HTC Sensation XL

The HTC Sensation XL powered by Android launches with Beats Audio to lure music lovers. The company claims the Sensation XL to be the only one HTC smartphone that bundles-in lightweight urBeats headphones that are fashioned to integrate beats sound profile for music lovers.

Beats Audio probably would remind users of the recently launched HTC Sensation XE, but the Sensation XL borrows its structure from HTC Titan. Like the Titan, the handset features a 4.7-inch touch screen at a mere 9.9mm of thickness. Plus, it has the same 800 x 480p Super LCD display. The handset comes with HTC Sense proffering a more integrated experience and HTC Watch that may receive the approval of the movie buffs.

“With the integration of HTC Beats Audio Sensation XL continues the commitment of the company to ensure the best possible sound to smartphones, whether you listen to music, or watching a movie or play that,” shares Peter Chou, CEO HTC. “It is a perfect example of why our partnership with beats is so important to our users today and tomorrow.”

The HTC Sensation XL incorporates an 8MP camera offering an aperture of f/2.2 and a 28mm wide-angle lens with BSI for times when ambient lighting is low. It possesses 720p HD video recording capabilities and also features a 1.3MP front facing camera that can be used for conferences and chats with family and friends. This device includes a 1.5GHz processor with 16GB of internal storage.

The HTC Sensation XL will sell in EMEA and Asia Pacific from November, though its pricing has been kept under-wraps for now.
