HTC collaborates with Tata Docomo for HTC Desire

HTC Desire Phone Just few days back we reported that U.S. Cellular unveiled the HTC Desire. Now, HTC joins hands with Tata Docomo to launch the HTC Desire in India. The handset offers an enthralling users experience and bundles together various interesting features. It adorns a 3.7 inch touch-sensitive screen featuring 480 X 800 WVGA resolution while its highly powerful 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor offers exceptional response.

The device runs several engaging apps on Android 2.1 and offers a wide array of wallpapers. Tata Docomo post-paid users will receive free data download of 500MB per month for the initial six months. Owners simply need to text ‘Android’ to 54321 from their HTC Desire handset.

The HTC Sense also sports the new newsreader application and widget, as well as a new seven-screen ‘Leap’ thumbnail view for quick and easy access to particular screens.

The new HTC Desire can be grabbed for Rs. 28,900 from all authorized HTC resellers across the country. However, prices may vary depending on local applicable taxes.
