Samsung’s Android-based Instinct Q gets pictured

Samsung Instinct Q Handset

Incorporating Google’s Android operating system in their handsets is the latest mania among the manufacturers. Following this mania Samsung plans to launch a new addition to their Instinct lineup called the Instinct Q. The images of this new handset have been leaked, reports Engadget. Apparently, the images have been leaked by Phandroid.

The Instinct Q isn’t the first Android-based handset announced by Samsung. The company has already announced the i7500 Galaxy. It is speculated that the Instinct Q like the former Instinct handsets will initially be exclusive to Sprint.

Although the company has kept most of the features of this handset similar to the former Instinct phones, it has definitely incorporated a few changes. The Instinct Q is the first Instinct handset to incorporate a physical QWERTY keypad as it is an essential requirement for the Android OS. The device doesn’t exactly look like a healthy mix to us.

Well, considering the looks this new member of the Instinct family surely seems to mingle with its siblings. But as for the features we would like to reserve our comment till we have a complete official list on our hands. But we hope the Instinct Q meets up to the expectations.
