Nokia N97 to release this month

Nokia N97 Handset Nokia is all set to release its mobile computer dubbed Nokia N97. This Nokia handset bundles up QWERTY keyboard, 3.5 inch tilting touch display and customizable home screen. This handset offers quick access to the entire range of Ovi services.

Users can also personalize their home screen. They can access social networking sites like Facebook and Hi5, go shopping, check out weather and news updates directly on their N97 handset. N97 supports all Ovi services. Therefore, users can access Ovi store games, podcasts, videos, web and location-based services and other applications. The store offers free and paid content from global and local content providers such as Paramount Pictures, Facebook, Qik and others.

The handset users can always add new functions, fixes and features to their N97 just like a computer. Moreover, they can download ample of music on the handset as it enables direct access to the Nokia music store. The N97 comes integrated with 32GB internal memory that can be extended up to 48GB using a microSD card. Additionally, one can enjoy listening to music on the newly launched Nokia Bluetooth Stereo Headset dubbed BH-905. This headset eliminates background noise and offers clear sound.

This new Nokia phone packs in 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics. Users can geotag the images and share them online through Twitter, Ovi Share or Flickr.

Nokia N97 handset will be shipping with Ovi Store and will be available for sale this month across 75 countries. However, the pricing details are yet to be announced.
