LG Opera TV and HQ handsets introduced for AT&T?

LG Opera TV and GW600 HQ Phones One of the largest network providers in the U.S. seems to be on Cloud No. 9 with the entry of a repertoire of mobile phones to its catalog. Report from Electronista states that AT&T is apparently enhancing its mobile phone zone by adding two more high-end mobile phones from LG, namely the Opera TV and the GW600 HQ.

The Opera TV is assumed to be in the similar lines of LG Arena. It would feature a FLO TV support to watch mobile TV programs, a 3-inch touchscreen display with 480×800 pixels of resolution, a 5-megapixel camera and 7.2Mbps HSDPA data network access. The Bluetooth 2.1, A-GPS, media player and up to 16GB microSD card support are reportedly some of the features that complete the package.

While, the new LG GW600 HQ handset is said to be a slider device. The supposed features of the mobile phone are Windows Mobile 6.1 OS, a 2.4-inch (320×240 pixels of resolution) display, 20 keys for data input and tri-band 3G support. Additional specifications might include a 2.0 megapixel camera for video and image capturing, USB 2.0, Bluetooth 2.0, A-GPS and up to 16GB microSD memory card support.

The Opera TV is tentatively scheduled for a release by the end of August, whereas the GW600 HQ is expected to appear at AT&T on July 6, 2009. However, there is no word on the pricing of both the models.
