Verizon Wireless and LG have proudly announced their partnership to roll out the Blitz smartphone for the youth.
The Blitz phone is known for its text messaging features, enabling users to type messaging quickly and accurately. The new chocolate bar Blitz phone possesses a wide 2.2-inch TFT display screen, full QWERTY keyboard, Mobile E-mail, Mobile IM, Picture Messaging, and Voice Commands.
Some of the additional features include internet browsing capabilities, an integrated MP3 music player, a support for Verizon’s V CAST Music and DRM-free Rhapsody’s library of more than 5 million downloadable songs.
Users will also appreciate the microSD memory compatibility for up to 4 GB storage, a 1.3 mega pixel camera, VZ Navigator directional assistance, Media Center, a USB cable, and an included Bluetooth speaker.
Blitz smartphone available through Verizon retail stores. It carries a price tag of $69.99 (approx. Rs. 3,058).

Oh even if I do get my hands on this phone from the States, would it be possible to use it here?
