Opera Mini Gets Added to Fly Phones in India

Opera Mini In India, there is more internet usage via the mobile phone than the PC. A fast internet connecting speed and easy access to favorite websites within no time is very much in demand. With the growing internet in surfing the World Wide Web through phones, mobile phone manufacturers have tried to integrate a software to deliver outstanding performance.

Meridian Mobile has announced a deal with Opera Software to incorporate the Opera Mini mobile Web browser on its flagship mobile handset brand – Fly, which is available in the Indian region.

The Java-enabled mobile phones offer high-performance internet surfing, allowing users to access Facebook, Twitter, e-mail and do online banking. It boasts to have no limits while browsing through web pages and enjoy quick, easy and secure access web page.

According to Rajiv Khanna, CEO, Meridian Mobile, “Opera Mini will revolutionize the way our customers use the Internet. Fly is known for its style, speed, and performance. Opera Mini, with its popularity and experience, bundled with lightning-fast download speed, is a perfect match to bring the best Internet experience to our customers in India.”

Opera Mini makes use of Opera’s compression technology that ensures pre-process and condenses webpages by up to 90% before presenting them on the phones’ screen. It also promises to pull down the download costs.

Fly has already rolled out MC100, LX610, LX500, B700, MC100, E130, B600 and SX240 handsets in the nation.
