Texas Instruments has introduced their DLP (Digital Light Processing) Pico chipset which includes an imaging chip and processor unit that is small enough to fit in a mobile device.
Texas Instruments being the first company to produce DLP projectors, truly believes that these in-built projectors will gain popularity similar to that attained by the in-built cameras. These Pico projectors can comfortably fit into the mobile phones, enhancing your viewing experience.
TI aims at bringing projector technology into the mobile space. You can now project your favorite movie or video on walls anytime. By unveiling the Pico Technology it’s surely going to bring vivid colors and sharper images of DLP displays into the mobile kingdom.
