Australian SMS Technology, Wrist Dreams is all set to ship in the M500 touch screen wrist phone. They have discarded the GSM wrist phone M300 Model, which they announced last summer.

The key features of SMS technology M500 are:

  • Talk time of 200 minutes
  • Bluetooth 2.0, USB, Java, WAP, SMS, MMS
  • MP3 and MP4 player
  • 128MB Built-in Memory
  • 1.5 inch color touch screen with 120×160px resolution
  • Water resistant
  • Quadband GSM phone supporting frequencies 1900Mhz, 1800Mhz, 900Mhz and 850Mhz

    • According to the forum posts on the SMS Technology, there are only 500 M500 currently available for direct order. The model will be shipping this week. The price of the M500 touch screen wrist phone will be $820 USD (1,000 AUD).
