LG Electronics has come out with a touch-screen mobile phone in association with Prada called the LG KE850. Featuring a fairly large touch-screen display, at a glance one could just mistake it for the Apple iPhone that was launched just two weeks ago.
The LG Prada KE850 touch-screen mobile phone sports a very sleek and sophisticated look, and is much smaller than the Apple iPhone. The KE850 mobile phone measures just 12mm, and includes a 2 megapixel camera that features a Schneider-Kreuznach lens.
Also featuring a video player and a document view, the features of the LG Prada KE850 touch-screen phone do not stop here. It can also playback music files in MP3, ACC, ACC+, WMA, RA as well as MPEG-4 video files. The KE850 touch-screen mobile phone supports Bluetooth 2.0 and USB 2.0 connectivity.
Besides, the new touch-screen from LG and Prada also includes a MicroSD memory slot. Wow, that sounds like quite a package, and the KE850 seems to be much better marketed than the iPhone, in the sense that it has all the basic features that one could want plus a touch-screen to go with that.
The LG KE850 Prada touch-screen phone will go on sale in February this year, and will set you short of $780USD. So, does this mean that we in the Indian market will have access to the LG KE850 phone soon enough. Of course, sooner than Apple’s iPhone at least, and to be precise, the LG Prada KE850 will reach the Asian market in March.
