Sharp’s WS011SH Windows Smartphone launched

Sharp's WS011SH Smartphone Sharp along with Willcom has unveiled their new smarthphone, sharp WS0011SH. The windows handset is also named Advanced W-Zero3 [es].

The slim body cell phone showcases Windows Mobile 6.

The Sharp Advanced/W-ZERO3 features:

  • 3″ with VGA at 480×800 pixel
  • Slide-out QWERTY keyboard
  • A 2nd dialing keyboard
  • Width – 50 mm
  • Weighs – 157 g
  • 1.3 megapixel camera
  • Battery life -7 hours talk-time, 500 hours standby
  • 256 MB of ROM
  • 128 MB SDRAM
  • microSD

    • Moreover, the device is powered by a Marvell PXA270 CPU at 520 MHz. and supports Japanese PHS (with WILLCOM’s W-SIM card), W-LAN b/g and IrDA 1.2/IrMC TM1.1/IrSS. The device does not support Bluetooth.

    The Sharp WS0011SH will be available from Japanese provider Will COM starting mid-July in Japan at the retail cost of $245.
