‘It’s never too late’ a well-known adage seems to be made for this article itself.

Apple iPhone Sued After 15 days of the Apple price cut news, Dongmei Li, a resident of Queens, New York, has filed a lawsuit in federal court in NY. She has sued Apple for $1million dollar for reducing the price of the iPhone by $200 within 68 days time gap after the release.

The lady has accused Apple’s Steve Jobs and AT&T of ‘price discrimination, discrimination in offering rebates versus credits, underselling, and unfair and deceptive practices, among other charges.’

The angry lady expressed that she had waited for hours to purchase the 4GB iPhone just after three days of the launch. Now what upset her the most is that the resale value for her 4GB model of iPhone, which she bought for $499, is much less now due to Apple’s actions. Apple has discontinued the 4GB iPhone model.

Li also expressed her grief against Apple on behalf of the Apple owner who got just $100 credit. The company had offered a $100 credit to the early buyers of Apple iPhone, whereas those who bought the most-awaited phone within two weeks of the price cut got the $200 difference back in cash.

AT&T has also been accused by the lady of unfair business practices due to the requirement that purchasers of the iPhone must sign a two-year contract with the company.
