Apple’s iPad won’t be out until a little over three weeks has passed. But tech world already has manufacturers banking on the tablet with various accessories being introduced for it. Now the Cloak case for iPad is up for pre-ordering at the Quirky online store.
This suave and hardy case has the appearance of an office folder and is designed out of a non-slip rubber material. It implements a durable plastic hinge to open and close. The hinge mechanisms integrate a button which can be pushed in order to allow users to view content on the iPad from different angles.
The iPad can be slid into its Cloak through a top opening and is held in place by a strong friction grip. The display can be viewed in landscape mode by opening the Cloak’s front cover and using it to prop up the screen from behind. Alternately, it may be propped up vertically with the supplied plastic support brace that is fitted on the inside cover.
The Cloak case for iPad has been made available for pre-order through Quirky’s official website for $36 (approx. Rs.1,637).
