LG Z330, Z430 Ultrabooks, P535, A540 notebooks and V300 AIO unveiled

Besides taking care of the home entertainment bit with new LED TVs, LG is all set to offer the LG Z330 and Z430 Super Ultrabooks, 3D-enabled P535 and A540 notebooks as well as V300 AIO to the professional brigade. The company will be showing off its latest lineup of products at the CES next week.

Both the 13.3-inch Z330 and the 14-inch Z430 Ultrabooks are deployed with Intel Core i7 processors. The slim LG Z330 Super Ultrabook with a thickness of 14.7mm, recovers in about 2 seconds from standby mode and boots in less than 10 seconds with the help of the LG Super Speed Boot technology. The lightweight PC sporting a Super Compact Clutch design, is also integrated with a SATA3 SSD. The 19.9mm thin Z430 reboots in about 12 seconds and packs in an SSD as well as an HDD to provide storage of up to 500GB. The device tips the scale at 1.5 kilograms and comes enclosed in a metallic chassis with gryo-brush line finish.

“At this year’s CES, LG will showcase products that are not only new, but also establish categories defining new standards for personal computing devices. Our new products feature a range of breakthrough technologies from LG, such as IPS display, glasses-free 3D and Super Speed Boot, that will noticeably elevate the personal computing experience. These technologies reflect our goal of satisfying various consumer demands, as well as our aggressive strategy for 2012,” commented J.J. Lee, Executive Vice President and Head of LG Electronics IT Business Unit.

The latest 3D notebook range from LG is inclusive of the stylish P535 and the multimedia-ready A540 laptops. The P535 weighs about 2.2kg and is fitted with a 15.6-inch LED backlit display. Along with the Intel Core i7 processor, it utilizes the Nvidia GeForce GT 630M graphics card to complement the Cinema 3D capability. The LG A540 notebook also operates with the Intel Core i7 chip with quad core processors, while its discrete graphics performance can be attributed to the Nvidia GT555M graphics card. Besides offering users with a glasses-free 3D experience, the portable computer delivers enhanced audio through the 4.1 channel 3D sound. It also comes with a 3D editing program for personalization of images and videos.

The LG V300 all-in-one PC crams in the Intel Core i7 processor and is included with the Film Patterned Retarder 3D technology. This technology teams up with the 23-inch full HD IPS display to render 3D performance and the wide viewing angle of 178 degrees eliminates eye fatigue. Moreover, its triple camera system augments the multi-touch functionality.

The LG Z330 and Z430 Super Ultrabooks as well as LG P535 and A540 notebooks will start shipping in the first quarter of 2012, all around the world. The LG V300 AIO release date and price have not been mentioned.
