I have a tx1000 but it not functioning properly. Hp is not able to provide after sale service. My stylush has not been supplied with the system, web cam, bluetooth is not working. pre insttaled software is also not working. Hp India is silent in this regaurd. Help me? What to do.

My friend have broke my HP TX1000 tablets screen (she accidently stepped over it), so need to change the entire panel since the screen has now reduced to blue coloured spots also the bluetooth, touch screen etc is not working.
Could you suggest me at what price I can get the screen panel ..
