Fujitsu Launches A6030, E8310 and E8410 Notebooks, based on Santa Rosa Platform

Fujitsu Notebooks Fujitsu has introduced three new notebooks namely A6030, E8310 and E8410 based on Santa Rosa.

The A6030 is incorporated with 15.4 inch display and runs on Intel Core 2 Duo T7100 / T7300 processor. Also it is well equipped with Intel Turbo memory (1GB), up to 4GB RAM, Media Accelerator X3100 for its graphics chipset, storage space of 120GB hard drive, a dual layer DVD burner. The Fujitsu uses Windows Vista operating system and has connectivity options such as Bluetooth and WiFi. The security of the notebook is maintained by fingerprint reader.

The other two notebooks Fujitsu has launched are E8310 and E8410.The E8310 is also based on Santa Rosa and features virtually same specs but the only difference is there is no Turbo memory and no wireless is included.

Like the A6030 the E8410 also has 15.4-inch display. 1.8GHz Core 2, 512MB of RAM, a 40GB hard drive are some of the other aspects that the E8410 features. This notebook runs on the Windows XP Professional operating system. Overall, the E8410 is work-oriented and targeted towards the professionals.

The A6030, E8310 and E8410 are priced at $1,299 (around Rs. 52,700), $1,249 (around Rs. 50,700), and $1,299 (around Rs. 52,700) respectively.
