Targa Computers, a computer manufacturing company, has announced the availability of the Raptor-60 notebook. A unique feature of the Raptor-60 is that it is Blu-ray compatible.
The Targa Raptor-60 is incorporated with three SATA HDD using RAID 0, 1, or 5 for up to 750 GB of storage space. Raptor-60 features graphics options such as dual NVIDIA GeForce 7950 graphics cards in SLI mode. Moreover, the notebook uses Intel’s 965 chipset, up to 2GB of 667MHz DDR2, and Intel core 2 Extreme processors.
Targa company claims that the Raptor-60 is the first laptop of its kind to support RAID 5 on a notebook with the ability to choose from JBOD, RAID, 0, 1, or 5. Pricing for the Raptor-60 17â€.
