Toshiba has announced its enhanced collection of LCD television panels, the Regza Z series.
With full 1080p HD display, each TV will feature the company’s Active Vision M100HD 100Hz Picture processing for improving the image clarity by inserting an intermediate image between frames and doubling the overall image refresh rate, even for PAL and NTSC broadcasts.
The Z series can display at 24 frames per second and provides 10-Bit color processing and Dynamic Gamma Curve Correction technology, dynamic contrast ratios that ranges from 6500:1 to 15,000:1.
Featuring a Wide Color Gamut, the TVs also have color palette display capabilities up to 98% of required colors being reproduced.
Toshiba also offers the Onkyo Speaker System for audio and integrated digital tuner. In terms of connectivity, it comes with 3 HDMI inputs that are compatible with Toshiba’s Regza link technology, Component Video, S Video and SCART.
Toshiba Regza Z series of LCD technology will be available in five sizes, including 37-, 42-, 47-, 52- and 57-inches with gloss black exterior. The price is yet to be announced.
