Lenovo intros IdeaPad U8 All-in-one Device

Lenovo IdeaPad U8 Lenovo has launched its latest all-in-one device, known as IdeaPad U8. Based on Intel’s newest Atom processor, the UMPC runs on Linux operating system.

Tap the touchscreen to navigate menus and to access high-speed internet. Users can video chat, capture photos and movies with the integrated camera. The finance software assists individual investors and the device is e-mail calendar-office complaint. It works as a tablet, notebook and mobile phone device.

The other features of the Lenovo IdeaPad U8 include:

  • 4.8-inch touchscreen display and bullseye
  • 12-key numeric pad
  • An optical mouse
  • EDGE or 3G network
  • Live GPS
  • Handwritten note taking
  • Support for MS Office applications
