NEC Introduces AccuSync GX and CX Series of Widescreen Displays

NEC AccuSync GX and CX Series of Wide-screen Displays

Yesterday, NEC unveiled new AccuSync GX and CX Series of widescreen monitors especially designed for gaming. The newly launched 19-inch AccuSync LCD19WMGX, 22-inch LCD22WMGX, and 24-inch LCD24WMCX displays promise to deliver speed as well as performance.

The AccuSync LCD22WMGX and the AccuSync LCD24WMCX feature 1680 x 1050 and 1920 x 1200 native resolution respectively. While the AccuSync LCD19WMGX sports a 1440 x 900 native resolution.

These displays are well equipped with integrated speakers and offer contrast ratios of 1000:1 contrast ratio (LCD19WMGX) and 2000:1 (LCD22WMGX and LCD24WMCX).

“As performance-hungry consumers make the transition to wide-screen displays, NEC offers this premium AccuSync GX and CX wide-screen series with better performance in a larger screen footprint,” said Andy Anderson, Product Manager for NEC Display Solutions.

“These users are craving high-performance, wide-screen displays to stream video, view and edit photos, or explore dynamic Web content with accurate representation,” added Anderson.

The new AccuSync GX and CX Series displays can be connected to PCs, DVD players and video-game consoles.

Other key features of the NEC AccuSync GX and CX Series are:

  • Rapid Response technology (5ms) delivering seamless video for gaming and streaming, and finely detailed images for photos and graphics
  • Component inputs (LCD22WMGX and LCD24WMCX) enabling users to interface with PCs, DVD players and video-game consoles, utilizing the monitors’ superior performance
  • HDMI connectivity to the latest and greatest multimedia sources (via DVI adaptor for the LCD19WMGX)
  • HDCP, which allows copy-protected HD content to be displayed properly

    • The AccuSync LCD19WMGX is available at the price of $279.99 (approx 11,330 INR), while AccuSync LCD22WMGX and AccuSync LCD24WMCX will be available at the prices of $379.99 (approx 15,370 INR) and $549.99 (approx 22,250 INR) respectively.
