For those seeking a PC-like experience on Android, the all new ViewSonic VSD220 Smart Display price and release date information is out. This gadget couples a full HD 1920 × 1080p resolution monitor with a dual core ARM-based OMAP 4 TI processor and Android 4.0 to deliver fluid web browsing.

The combination is said to be ideal for surfing, social networking and accessing Android applications. The VSD220 is a 22-inch touch-enabled full HD screen that is integrated with the Android OS along with PC features to render a tablet-like experience.

Basically, the complete set-up has been tailored to ensure smooth web browsing, gaming, hiccup-free video streaming, and multitasking. The ViewSonic display can also be used as a traditional PC by pairing it with compatible keyboards and mice covering both wireless and USB models. Additionally, the gadget offers connectivity options such as microHDMI, 3 USB ports, a microSD card slot as well as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and RJ45 Ethernet.
