The recently launched Asus ProArt PA238Q monitor for graphic designers and professionals debuts in India. Producing accurate graphics that are ideal in professional applications, the device is equipped with a 23-inch LED-backlit display and QuickFit Visual Scale supporting formats of A4 and letter sizes at 8 x 10, 5 x 7, 4 x 6, 3 x 5 and 2 x 2-inch.
Possessing native screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 alongside capabilities of reproducing hundred percent of the sRGB color space, the monitor is carefully calibrated to devise accurate colors. It also prevents loss in color when placed in a vertical or horizontal position courtesy of the screen incorporated with the IPS technology that enables viewing at 179 degree angels. Further, unlike in other displays that wrap in an 8-bit table, this one, Asus says features a 10-bit lockup table for RGB coloration.
Additionally, the PA238Q can generate true dark and light distinction and high image quality with the 50,000,000:1 contrast ratio and combined with a 16:9 screen ratio makes the device ideal for movies and gaming. Also, for easier multitasking and picture-in-picture mode, users can activate QuickFit anytime with a simple hotkey.
Over HDMI, the monitor can be easily connected to any multimedia device. With a wide range of options enabling users to utilize it as a single display for multiple sources, the monitor further includes the DisplayPort, DVI-D, and D-sub and four USB ports. All these are placed at convenient locations on the monitor.
The Asus ProArt series PA238Q monitor for graphic professionals is available at a price of Rs. 17, 600 with a 3 years Zero Bright Dot Warranty in India.
