Sceptre recently disclosed its new full 1080P LCD HDTV called X425BV-FHD. The 42-inch HDTV which can be swiveled easily promises to deliver superior audio quality along with crystal clear video.
Equipped with a 1920 x 1080 resolution, the device features a speedy 5ms response time and 1.06 billion display colors that provide a wide range of colors and a more vivid viewing experience. It comes integrated with the SRS TruSurround HD and 7 Band Equalizer, both of which are said to offer rich surround sound that can be clearly heard from any corner of the room.
“Sceptre’s new 42-inch LCD HDTV comes equipped with all the capabilities to satisfy even the most demanding customers, making it the perfect alternative to pricier units. Its sleek design suits any decor and proves that upgrading to a big screen television does not necessarily mean breaking the bank,†elaborated Cathy Chou, vice president of operations, Sceptre.
The LCD HDTV incorporates 4 HDMI ports, allowing users to connect peripherals like gaming consoles, DVD players and auxiliary speakers with ease. The glossy black device offers a 50,000:1 dynamic contrast and brightness of 400cd/m2. It comes with a USB 2.0 port and offers a refresh rate of 60Hz. Apparently, it’s power consumption cost only $16 a year, making it not only eco-friendly but also affordable.
The Sceptre X425BV-FHD LCD HDTV is available online at Wal-Mart as well as sceptre.com for a price of $599 (approx. Rs. 28,733).
