Transcend has released a new full-featured digital photo frame called the PF700. This 7-inch frame is said to make it easier to display those special memories in style. Apart from being a photo frame, the PF700 can also substitute as a video player, MP3 player, digital calendar and desktop clock. The frame is said to suit any room that it is placed in.
The PF700 is compatible with majority of the memory cards and USB flash drives available in the market at present. The frame will automatically scan the memory card or USB drive attached and display all the stored JPG images. It offers user the option to view images in thumbnail or full-screen view. The other features that are incorporated into the frame include NaturaTone color modes, handy zoom and rotate functions, attractive photo borders and themes.

The gently contoured shape with an intricate interlocking pattern enhances the visual appeal of the frame. Measuring 205mm × 143mm × 29mm, the frame boasts of a resolution of 480 x 234 pixels. The PF700 supports file formats like MP3, WMA, WAV, Motion JPEG and DSC JPEG.
With its advanced features, the Transcend PF700 digital photo frame is now available in India via Supertron and Mediaman. This 7-inch digital photo frame will retail for around Rs. 6000. The frame is currently available only in black and white color options.
